• The Wheaton Coalition - A coalition of resident and civic associations to unite around issues and concerns in the area.
• Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee - A county-sponsored group that advises the county on matters affecting the revitalization and economic and physical development of the Wheaton Urban District area
